How To Save Yourself from Coronavirus
As on 2 July, 2020 - Coronavirus (Covid-19) is the biggest threat to human civilization. More than 11 million people have fought and are still fighting against coronavirus. The only vaccine that has been made until now is our own immunity system. And about 62,69,860 people across the globe have recovered from this fatal virus using their immunity power. The time has approached to eat or die. So, to survive in the world full of coronavirus we must increase our immunity power. Here are the things and manners you must follow to survive -4. Sleep properly:
Researches have shown that sleep is one of the most important things of our everyday routine. But many people don't care about it. Mind it 'Sleep today to fell a fresh tomorrow'. Sleeping not only helps us to restore our energy but also helps us to concentrate. If you don't sleep well for a night you will fell the day after it as boring, unpleasant etc. Every adult person needs to sleep about 7 - 8 hours per day. But it varies. If you do much physical work then you need much sleep and if you do hard mental work then you need to sleep more. Teenagers need to sleep about 8 hours per day as they do much mental work every day. If you fell asleep right after going to bed, it means that you need more sleep. So never forget to say Good night before going to bed.
3. Do exercise:
Another tip you can follow is to exercise daily. Everyone knows that exercise has lots of benefits. No matter whether you gym or you do yoga or walk or swim or jog. If you maintain proper guideline to do exercise that there is only good effects of that. It helps us to lose excess weight, maintain sugar level, make your body strong. Research has proved that exercise defends against many types of diseases. So let's start our tomorrow morning with a fresh morning walk. It is known to all that water is life. We must drink plenty of water not only to quench our thirst but to defend ourselves from Covid-19. Every adult man and woman needs about 3.4 litres (approximately 8 glasses) of water daily. And if it the season of summer you need more.
It is good to tell that water that we drink separately is not only the source of water. We get water from our foods (like - rice, curry, fruits, vegetables etc.). So you need to separately drink about 3 litres of water per day.
Apart from fighting with coronavirus, there are innumerable functions of water in our body. It keeps us hydrated. It helps to balance the body temperature and body weight. Above all, it boosts your performance but indirectly.
So for the above reasons, we must drink sufficient amount of water each day.
